Home Credits
Rewards for value-preserving behaviour: on-time rent, long tenancies, early damage reports. Redeemable as a rent discount, upgrades or services. Never cash, never interest.
Building Steward
Selected residents take on paid, safe tasks: visual checks, access coordination, welcoming new tenants. Properly arranged as a Minijob (a regulated German small-job).
Maintenance Bounties
Small rewards for early tip-offs about leaks, mould or defects, before a €50 credit turns into €5,000 of damage.
Energy Share
Saving energy together: a fair share of the savings, early leak reports, optional Mieterstrom (on-site tenant electricity). Good for the building, good for the climate.
